Our cakes and brownies taste fantastic and look amazing and we use the very best ingredients in all of them. Where possible, with out compromising on quality, we source them locally and use local wholesalers when we have to look further afield for certain ingredients (such as cocoa powder). We use Somerset produced farmhouse butter, cream cheese & free range eggs. Cafe Cake is all about flavour and quality.
We have a delicious choice of brownies ranging from Morello Madness (Morello cherry & 70% dark chocolate), Chunky Monkey (rich brownie with massive chunks of white chocolate) to Crunchy Nuts (pecan brownie) & Silky Milky (Belgium milk chocolate).
We also have scrumptious gluten free cake, handmade pastry spinach, feta & pine nut tarts, Bakewell tarts and prune & almond tarts!
